Roseburg crews are removing downtown parking meters and installing new signs for free, time-limited parking. The changes expand one-, two-, and three-hour zones and include updated permit fees for city lots and the parking garage. On-street permits will be available once signs are in place.

Roseburg Schools will host its final early literacy night March 9 at Rose Elementary for families with children ages 2–4. The free event includes storytelling, hands-on activities and take-home materials for early readers. Registration is required and space is limited.
