Two More Rabid Bats Identified in Douglas County; Resident Bitten
Two more bats found in Douglas County have tested positive for rabies, bringing the county’s total to three cases this year. One resident was bitten after picking up a sick bat, while another bat was discovered by a vaccinated dog.
