Roseburg Man Faces New Sex Abuse Charges Following Prior Conviction
Jerry Lee Thacker, 58, of Roseburg, already convicted of sex crimes against a minor, was arraigned on 15 new counts involving another alleged victim over more than a decade. He waived his right to a speedy trial and remains in custody.
