Details: Officers contacted Kuntz at the Roseburg Employment Office after he entered the location, held a knife to his own throat, and stated he was going to "rob the world" and demanded employees hand him a head. During the contact Kuntz was also found to have a felony warrant for his arrest out of the Oregon State Parole Board for Absconding. Kuntz was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged.

Christian David Meyer, 57, was lodged after officers said they contacted him in the Roseburg Enhanced Law Enforcement Exclusion Area

Details: Officers contacted Meyer on the sidewalk in front of the Wild Rose Lounge, which was in the Roseburg Enhanced Law Enforcement Exclusion Area. Meyer was a known city expulsion violator, and he was taken into custody without incident. Meyer had an open 40 oz can of Steel Reserve Beer when he was taken into custody. Meyer was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged for Trespassing. Meyer was cited and released for Drinking in Public.

Details: Officers contacted Vroman after he was reportedly lying on the sidewalk near Phoenix School. During the contact, Vroman got up and walked into the roadway and laid on his back blocking both westbound lanes of travel of NE Diamond Lake Blvd. Vroman was taken into custody without incident. Vroman's PO was contacted and a detainer was authorized. Vroman was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged.

Leah Dawn Bland, 41, was lodged after officers said a traffic stop led to a DUII investigation

Details: Officers contacted Leah Bland during a traffic stop after observing traffic violations and she was reported as a potential impaired driver. During the stop, Leah displayed several signs of impairment and smelled heavily of alcohol. When asked if she would perform field sobriety tests, she requested a lawyer. She was taken into custody and transported to the Douglas County Jail. The officer authored a search warrant, which was granted. A blood sample was obtained at Mercy Medical Center. Afterward, the officer conducted the administrative process under the implied consent laws and Leah submitted a breath sample.
Disposition: Lodged at Corrections. Her vehicle was picked up by her father.

Lisa Marie Timmons, 47, was lodged after officers said they contacted her during a security check and confirmed active warrants
