Wholistic Earth Looks for New Owner as Current Owner Plans Relocation
Wholistic Earth in Roseburg is looking for a new owner as current owner Rae Copitka plans to relocate. The shop will remain open during the sale process while Copitka looks for the right person to carry the business forward.
After nearly eight years in Roseburg, Wholistic Earth is looking for a new owner to carry the business forward.
The shop, located at 536 NE Winchester Street, Suite 102, has become a familiar stop for customers interested in crystals, herbs, ritual tools, incense, spiritual items and holistic wellness products. Owner Rae Copitka said the business will remain open during the sale process and that she is willing to wait for the right buyer.
“Yes, absolutely, our customers are quite loyal and they nor I would have it any other way,” Copitka said. “Plus, we are still growing. We have a 2 to 1 ratio of new to returning customers.”
Copitka said she does not have a firm relocation timeline, but would like to have a sale completed by September or October 2026 if possible. She said the most important part is finding the right person to take over the business.
After nearly eight years serving the community, Copitka said she is looking for someone who understands the service side of the work and is willing to listen to customers.
“I am looking for someone who knows what it means to be of service, who listens to the concerns of the customer and addresses their individual needs,” Copitka said. “Someone who is willing to educate and offer sound advice and direction regarding spiritual and holistic health and wellness. Someone whose heart is in it.”
Copitka described Wholistic Earth as a place that has served as a sanctuary for many customers.
“It is a place of rest and release,” she said. “There is no judgement here, everyone is welcome. We are here to help people on their journey, whatever that journey is or where they are in it, we meet them where they are and our hope is to help them to continue to move forward and find peace and balance.”
According to Copitka, the sale includes the business name, inventory, displays, lease opportunity, customer base, vendor contacts, social media accounts, presenter contact information and services. Proprietary herbal medicinal recipes are also included, along with up to 60 days of training to help with a smooth transition.
The business is listed at $165,000. Copitka said the business is debt free, and that she is open to creative or owner financing with a 40 to 50 percent down payment and good credit. The new owner would need to qualify for the lease.
Copitka said the business also has room to grow. Potential opportunities include expanding online sales, adding additional holistic health services, increasing hours or building out more classes and workshops.
Wholistic Earth is currently open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Local prospective buyers are encouraged to stop by during business hours to see the space and determine whether it may be a good fit.
