Three Arrested After DINT Meth Investigation Leads To Search Warrant In Roseburg
Three people were arrested after DINT detectives served a search warrant at a Roseburg residence Thursday, seizing methamphetamine, firearms, cash and evidence tied to a months-long investigation into suspected drug distribution.
ROSEBURG, Ore. - Three people were arrested Thursday after detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team served a search warrant at a Roseburg home as part of a months-long investigation into suspected methamphetamine distribution.
According to DINT, the investigation began earlier this year after detectives received information involving 57-year-old James Dean Stepp of Roseburg. Investigators said they later developed evidence that Stepp was allegedly distributing methamphetamine in Douglas County.
On July 2, detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Kermanshah Street in Roseburg. Stepp was arrested at the home without incident.
During the search, detectives reported seizing methamphetamine, a large amount of cash, multiple firearms and other evidence they said was consistent with drug distribution.
The following people were arrested:

- Five counts of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine
- Five counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine
- Five counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine
- Six counts of felon in possession of a firearm
- Jesse Dean Stepp, 29, of Roseburg
- Unlawful delivery of methamphetamine
- Unlawful possession of methamphetamine
- Unlawful possession of a firearm
- Branden Michael Mohr, 57, of Roseburg
- Warrant
- Unlawful possession of methamphetamine

The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team is a multi-agency task force with members from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Roseburg Police Department, Oregon State Police, Douglas County District Attorney’s Office, Bureau of Land Management and Winston Police Department. The team is supported by the Oregon-Idaho High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program and the Douglas County Board of Commissioners.
