Roseburg Council Rejects Stewart Park Master Plan Bids After Debate Over Project Scope
The Roseburg City Council voted 5-2 to reject all proposals for the Stewart Park Master Plan update. The project will return for new proposals after councilors called for expanding its scope to include more of the riverfront and trail corridor.
