Adapt Integrated Health Care has named Diahann Barrera, MBA, as its new chief financial officer. Barrera brings more than 25 years of healthcare finance experience to the Roseburg-based organization.

New children’s resale shop Timber Tots Trading Co. is holding a soft opening in Roseburg, offering pre-loved kids’ clothing, shoes, toys, and gear, with a larger grand opening planned for Fourth of July weekend.

Wholistic Earth in Roseburg is looking for a new owner as current owner Rae Copitka plans to relocate. The shop will remain open during the sale process while Copitka looks for the right person to carry the business forward.

Oregon regulators denied PacifiCorp’s request for a temporary 2.8% rate increase while the utility’s larger $170.7 million rate case remains under review. A final decision is expected in March 2027.

Brix Grill’s seasonal rooftop reopens Friday, May 15, with a grand opening from 4 to 9 p.m. The 21-and-over lounge-side space will be open Thursday through Saturday with cocktails, food, music and rooftop views.

The Yardsale Emporium is closing its downtown Roseburg store for now, but the business says it plans to reopen at a later date. The thrift and consignment shop said its final day may be Wednesday or Thursday.
