Gallery Northwest to Celebrate 15 Years With Free Downtown Roseburg Event

Gallery Northwest will celebrate its 15th anniversary Oct. 24 with an afternoon of live painting, local art, and opportunities to meet the artists behind the work.

The free event runs from noon to 4 p.m. at the gallery, 622 SE Jackson St. in downtown Roseburg. Everyone is welcome.

The celebration is a thank-you to the community that has supported the gallery over the past 15 years. Visitors can watch local artists demonstrate their painting techniques and view an anniversary slideshow featuring artwork and moments from the gallery’s history.

Gallery gift certificate drawings will give attendees a chance to win something toward a future purchase. Refreshments will be available, and visitors can browse new artwork and talk with participating artists throughout the afternoon.

Gallery Northwest has been a home for local creativity and connection in the Umpqua Valley for 15 years. The anniversary gathering offers longtime supporters and first-time visitors a chance to explore the gallery and celebrate that milestone together.
