Roseburg Police Chief Receives Patriot Award
Roseburg Police Chief Gary Klopfenstein received the Patriot Award for his support of employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve. Officer Derek Wiebe nominated Klopfenstein for the Department of Defense recognition.
