Big Changes Ahead: Winston Shopping Center Set for Major Transformation
Winston’s main shopping center is getting a major upgrade. New owner Stipe Properties plans to invest over $1 million in improvements, including solar panels, new paint, flooring, and lighting. Sunrise Enterprises will stay, while new shops like a grocery store, bakery, and urgent care are planned.
