Online records show Tractor Supply purchased the former Big Lots lease on NE Stephens in Roseburg as part of an 18-store deal nationwide. Construction listings now reference a Roseburg renovation, but the company has not yet announced an opening date.

U.S. Bank will close its Drain branch on January 15, 2026. Officials say the move reflects a shift toward digital banking, with no disruption to customer accounts. The nearest branch will be in Cottage Grove. U.S. Bank also plans to close its Mill City branch days earlier on January 12.
