Glendale Man Lodged After Roseburg Traffic Stop Leads To Elude Case
A Glendale man was lodged at corrections Monday after Roseburg police said a traffic stop near SE Mosher Avenue and SE Mill Street led to an attempted elude case involving a vehicle pursuit.
ROSEBURG, Ore. — A Glendale man was lodged at corrections Monday after Roseburg police said a traffic stop led to an attempted elude case involving a vehicle pursuit.
According to Roseburg police, officers attempted to stop a 2026 blue Toyota Camry for a traffic violation at about 1:42 p.m. April 27 near SE Mosher Avenue and SE Mill Street.
Police said the driver attempted to elude officers. The officer disengaged from the pursuit, but the vehicle was later located by Myrtle Creek Police Department, where another pursuit reportedly ensued.
The driver was taken into custody and identified as Michael David Brenden, 36, of Glendale.
Brenden was lodged at corrections on charges of attempt to elude, motor vehicle, reckless endangering, and misdemeanor driving while suspended.
