ROSEBURG, Ore. — Tractor Supply Company appears to be in the final stages of preparing its new Roseburg location, with visible progress at the former Big Lots building in North Roseburg Plaza.
The new store, located in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street, is expected to open next week, with a soft opening planned for March 21 and a grand opening scheduled for March 28.
When The Roseburg Receiver visited the site Saturday (March 14), the company’s sign had been mounted on the building and store equipment could be seen outside. Through the windows, the inside also appeared close to ready, with shelves stocked and the store looking nearly prepared to open.
The building was previously occupied by Big Lots, which closed in 2025.
Tractor Supply sells products geared toward rural and outdoor lifestyles, including pet and livestock supplies, farm and ranch essentials, tools, hardware, lawn and garden items, workwear and seasonal merchandise.
The new Roseburg location is expected to bring about 15 jobs to the area, with at least half of those positions reported to be full-time. People interested in applying can visit Tractor Supply’s careers page.
