Roseburg Begins Downtown Parking Meter Removal, New Time-Limit Signs Going Up

Roseburg crews are removing downtown parking meters and installing new signs for free, time-limited parking. The changes expand one-, two-, and three-hour zones and include updated permit fees for city lots and the parking garage. On-street permits will be available once signs are in place.
