Roseburg travelers will soon have a new way to get between Eugene and Medford. Pacific Crest Bus Lines plans to launch daily service in April, with stops in Roseburg, Sutherlin, Seven Feathers, Grants Pass and more.

Winston-Dillard School District will provide free Spring Break meals for children 18 and younger next week, with grab-and-go stops at schools and parks in Winston and Dillard. Meals are sponsored by Cow Creek and the district.

The 47th Annual Roseburg Benefit Car Show brought about 70 classic and custom vehicles to the Douglas County Fairgrounds this weekend, raising money for Douglas County Search and Rescue and the Special Materials Fund for local children with special needs.

The Canyonville Community Library is holding a spring raffle fundraiser featuring 25 prize packages donated by local businesses and community members. Proceeds will support library programs, services and resources, with the drawing set for April 11 during the library’s spring book sale.

Roseburg Schools will deliver free breakfast-and-lunch meal sacks to children ages 1-18 during Spring Break, March 23-27, through its Lunchbox Express program. Meals are open to all children, and kids must be present at pickup.
