STEM Like a Girl Workshop Coming to Roseburg on April 11

STEM Like a Girl will host a hands-on workshop in Roseburg on Saturday, April 11, for girls in 3rd through 5th grade and an adult partner. The event runs from 1 to 4 p.m. at Umpqua Valley Arts, with registration available on a sliding scale from $5 to $30.

A hands-on STEM workshop for young learners is coming to Roseburg later this month.

STEM Like a Girl will host an afternoon workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Umpqua Valley Arts. The event is open to girls in third through fifth grade, who are invited to attend alongside an adult partner.

Organizers say the workshop will give participants a chance to build, experiment and explore STEM activities together in a fun and encouraging environment. The event is designed to inspire curiosity and confidence through interactive learning.

Registration is available on a sliding scale from $5 to $30 per girl.
