Roseburg Election Pamphlet Available Ahead of Nov. 3 General Election
Roseburg’s 2026 Election Information pamphlet is now available online and at three city facilities. It includes candidate statements, voting instructions, and ballot drop-site locations. The voter-registration deadline is Oct. 13.
ROSEBURG, Ore. - Voters preparing for the Nov. 3 General Election can now access the City of Roseburg’s 2026 Election Information pamphlet, which includes candidate statements and details about registering and casting a ballot.
The pamphlet contains information submitted by candidates for mayor and the Position 1 City Council seats in Wards 1 through 4. It also includes voter-registration information, vote-by-mail instructions, and official ballot drop-site locations.
Candidate statements appear as submitted. The city does not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the information candidates provide.
The deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 13. Online registrations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Ballots must be postmarked or deposited at an official ballot drop site by 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.
The pamphlet is available on the city’s election information webpage. Printed copies can be picked up at:
