Details: Officers responded to a reported traffic crash where a vehicle reportedly left the roadway and collided with two other vehicles in the drive-through of Del Taco. Hazen had a medical emergency which led to him leaving the roadway and going over the sidewalk, where he then collided with Antonyuk's vehicle. Antonyuk's vehicle was forced backward and collided with Herrera's vehicle. Hazen and Antonyuk were transported to the hospital by ambulance, and both of their vehicles were towed from the scene by Bill's Towing as non-preference tows. Herrera's vehicle was operable and he did not need medical attention.
