Details: Officers responded to a reported hit-and-run crash at NW Edenbower Boulevard and NW Aviation Drive. Waldron reported a white Chevrolet pickup struck him and left the scene. A witness followed the truck to 3029 Slope Street, where officers found a white 1997 Chevrolet Silverado in the driveway. Police said Doolittle showed signs of impairment and requested to speak with an attorney. He was arrested and transported to the Douglas County Jail. Officers obtained a search warrant for his blood and later received two vials of blood, according to the log.
