Details: Officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash in which a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Police said the vehicle appeared to have crossed several lanes while traveling east on West Harvard Avenue before hitting the tree at a high rate of speed. Rynearson’s 4-month-old daughter was in the vehicle. Medical personnel took both occupants to Mercy Medical Center. Police said Rynearson had injuries that were not life-threatening, and the infant was uninjured. According to the log, the hospital later reported that Rynearson’s blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit. Officers obtained a search warrant for a blood draw. Rynearson was cited and released at the hospital, and Roseburg Towing removed the vehicle.
