Details: Officers contacted Mohlsick after receiving a report that he was hunched over at a bus stop near the location. Police said Mohlsick was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody without incident.

Details: Police said Richey and a woman were involved in a domestic disturbance Sept. 20 during which the woman sustained multiple injuries after Richey allegedly punched and kicked her in the presence of her minor children. Police said Richey also threatened to kill the woman and her children, broke her phone, and stole another phone to prevent her from calling police. Officers later contacted and arrested Richey.

Non-Injury Traffic Crash
Driver cited following three-vehicle crash near I-5 off-ramp

Details: Officers responded after police said Silvester ran a red light and collided with the Ford F-350 and Toyota 4Runner. Silvester reportedly told officers he had looked down at his GPS and the collision occurred when he looked up. The other two drivers told officers they had green lights, and police said the vehicle damage was consistent with Silvester running the red light. After the initial collision, the vehicles moved to the Fred Meyer gas station parking lot. Police said Jensen then turned too sharply and struck the Ford Ranger with his travel trailer. Information was exchanged, and all vehicles were driven from the scene.

Details: Officers contacted Edwards at Renard’s after staff reported that he was being belligerent. Police said Edwards possessed alcohol, which was prohibited under the conditions of his parole. His parole officer was contacted and requested that he be detained for the alleged violation.

Details: Officers responded to WinCo and contacted Long after police said he stole from the business. During the investigation, officers learned that Long had allegedly provided a false name. Police also reported that he had warrants through the Winston and Cottage Grove police departments.

Justin Scott Fugate, 41, arrested in reported stolen vehicle at Templin Beach

Details: Officers contacted the vehicle after finding it parked at Templin Beach Park after the park had closed with someone sleeping inside. Dispatch advised officers that the vehicle had been entered as stolen. Police said Fugate was sleeping inside and admitted to taking the vehicle without permission. Fugate was identified as a corrections offender on parole. His parole officer authorized a detainer based on the alleged new crime.
