Details: Officers investigated a minor hit-and-run reported Sept. 3 in the 600 block of SE Cass Avenue. Police said Mahlberg contacted an officer Sept. 10 and admitted to being the driver. The parties reached a civil agreement regarding the damage. Officers reported that Mahlberg’s license was criminally suspended because of a previous DUII. She was contacted Sept. 11 and issued a citation.

Details: Officers stopped Toney after allegedly seeing him commit several traffic violations in the area of NW Stewart Parkway, NW Edenbower Boulevard and NW Renann Avenue. Police reported observing signs of impairment and said Toney admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages. He allegedly refused field sobriety tests and was taken into custody without incident. Police said Toney refused a breath test at corrections. Officers obtained a warrant, and police reported that a breath sample was over the legal limit.
