Autumn Storm Smith, 32, was cited after police said officers contacted her near Sarah Wolf Attorney and found suspected methamphetamine

Details: Officers contacted Smith near Sarah Wolf Attorney after they said they observed her attempt to hide a small zip-loc bag, foil, and a tooter underneath her hand. Police said officers inspected the bag and found a white crystallized substance suspected to be methamphetamine. Officers later completed a preliminary test using a NIK test kit, and police said the substance tested positive for amphetamines.
Disposition: Smith was cited and released.

Shawn Keith Webb, 51, was lodged after police said officers contacted him camping at the old Rick's Medical Supply and confirmed a warrant

Details: Officers observed Baptiste driving in a parking lot. Police said officers had prior knowledge he had a warrant and that his license was suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was contacted and detained. Dispatch confirmed two warrants, and police said he was taken into custody. Police said officers also had recent information that Baptiste was involved in narcotics, and a drug detection K9 responded and alerted to the vehicle. Officers applied for and were granted a search warrant. During a search of the vehicle, police said officers located 2.05 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
Disposition: Baptiste was lodged at Corrections. The vehicle was released to a valid driver.
Harassment
Heather Lynn Webber, 49, was lodged after police said officers investigated a physical altercation on NW Kline Street

Details: Officers responded to NW Kline Street after a report of a physical altercation between Gerard and Heather. During the investigation, police said officers found Heather had bit Gerard's hand and hit him multiple times. Police said video evidence of the incident was obtained, and Heather was taken into custody without incident.
Disposition: Heather was transported to Douglas County Corrections and lodged for the listed crime.

Jessica Marie Tworek, 45, was cited after police said officers contacted her at a campsite on the river's edge

Details: During a traffic stop at the Budget 16, police said officers recognized the male sitting in the passenger seat as Debaca and were aware he was wanted by his parole officer. Police said officers contacted his parole officer, who requested he be detained. Debaca was detained without incident.
Disposition: Debaca was transported to the Douglas County Jail and lodged for parole violation.
