Details: Police said Hunnicutt had just left work at Sherm's and was in her vehicle letting it warm up when a male approached the driver's window with a pistol and asked for the vehicle. Police said she got out, and the male then asked for her phone before driving away toward NW Renann and NW Edenbower. Officers and deputies checked the area after the phone pinged near Jersey Lilly, but the vehicle was not initially found. Police said the phone was later located at One Champion Plaza. Police said officers later located the vehicle unoccupied at 511 SE Rose Street, processed it, retrieved surveillance footage from various locations and developed Black as a suspect. On May 6, police said officers detained Black as he exited his residence, and evidence of the crime was located during a search of the residence.
Disposition: Black was lodged at Corrections.
Criminal Mischief
Shaun Nicholas Johnson, 37, was lodged on an additional criminal mischief case after police said he was identified as the suspect in damage at Garden Valley Laundromat

Details: Police said Johnson was identified as the suspect in a previous criminal mischief case where he broke out the window to the Garden Valley Laundromat. Police said Johnson was already in custody and was lodged on the additional crime.

Crash
Wanda Gail Dyas, 71, was cited after police said a dangerous left turn caused a two-vehicle crash on NW Edenbower Boulevard

Details: Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash near Tom Thumb Storage. Police said Dyas was driving westbound in a 2018 Ford Edge when she turned across the center turn lane in front of Wade, who was driving a 2017 Ford Escape. Police said both vehicles had minor damage and were able to be driven from the scene.
Disposition: Dyas was cited for dangerous left turn.
Crash
Scott Alan Stricker, 54, was cited after police said an unlawful lane change caused a non-injury crash near SE Pine Street and SE Rice Avenue

Details: Officers responded to a reported crash near SE Pine Street and SE Rice Avenue. Police said Stricker was in the left lane and quickly merged into the right lane, causing Little to crash into the back of his truck. Police said neither party was injured and neither vehicle required a tow.
Disposition: Stricker was cited for the violation.
Disorderly Conduct
Antonio Santino Orosz, 27, was lodged after police said officers responded to Bob's Deli for a reported disturbance involving a woman

Details: Officers responded to Bob's Deli after two employees reported a male slamming a female's leg in a car door several times. Police said officers contacted Orosz, who was identified as the male involved, and learned Davis was the female involved. Police said Orosz was taken into custody without issue, his probation officer requested he be detained for the new crime, and he was also found to be prohibited from contacting Davis due to a no contact agreement.
Disposition: Orosz was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
Restraining Order Violation
Jaried Christopher Wiliker, 38, was lodged after police said a traffic stop led officers to an active restraining order violation

Details: Police said an officer stopped a vehicle for expired registration. During the traffic stop, officers learned Wiliker was suspended at the violation level and was the respondent in a restraining order with Sonny Spence listed as the petitioner. Police said a female passenger in the car identified herself as Spence, dispatch confirmed the active restraining order, and Wiliker was taken into custody.
Disposition: Wiliker was lodged on the restraining order violation and was cited for driving while suspended, violation, and driving uninsured.
Warrant
Kevin Richard Kinzer, 60, was cited and released after police said officers contacted him and confirmed an active Klamath County warrant

Rafael Viayra Jr., 41, was lodged after police said officers contacted him at WinCo and confirmed a DUII warrant
