Injury Crash
Three vehicles were reportedly totaled in a Stewart Parkway crash after police said one driver failed to yield while entering the roadway

Details: Police said Cole was exiting the Sportsman's/Red Robin exit onto Stewart Parkway and intended to turn left, northbound, onto Stewart Parkway. Police said Cole did not see Tentzohua traveling south in the outside lane, and Cole's vehicle struck the passenger side of Tentzohua's vehicle. The impact pushed Tentzohua's vehicle into the northbound lanes, where it collided with the front of Alvarez's vehicle.
Disposition: Police said Cole suffered a cut above her right eye, Alvarez reported left shoulder pain, and Tentzohua and Kamfonik reported no injuries. Cole and Alvarez said they would self-transport to the hospital. All three vehicles appeared to be totaled. Cole was cited for failure to yield before entering a roadway.

Tabitha Lynn Swenson, 38, was cited after police said officers arrested her for misdemeanor driving while suspended

Details: Officers responded after Melissa reported Wesley was outside her family's residence attempting to force entry by hitting and kicking the front door while threatening to kill the people inside. Police said Joshua braced himself against the door while Melissa and three juvenile daughters sheltered in the garage. Police said Wesley later threw a rock at Joshua, striking him in the arm and shattering a glass candle inside the residence. Officers contacted Wesley, who went inside his residence and refused to come out. After about an hour and a half, Wesley exited through a back door and was detained without incident.
Disposition: Wesley was transported to Douglas County Corrections, where he was lodged. Police said his parole officer authorized a detainer.
Theft
Thomas Edward Van Vlack, 39, was lodged after police said officers found him riding a recently stolen bicycle and confirmed a warrant

Details: Officers contacted Van Vlack after they observed him riding a bicycle that was recently stolen. Police said officers also learned Van Vlack had the listed warrant for his arrest.
Disposition: Van Vlack was transported to Douglas County Corrections, where he was booked and lodged.

Jesse Otha Thomas, 32, was lodged after police said officers contacted him in the parking lot of a closed business and confirmed warrants

Michael Todd Warner, 45, was cited after police said officers contacted him under the bridge at Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard

Details: Officers contacted Warner underneath the bridge at Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Police said Warner had been cited four previous times for prohibited camping. Officers observed trash strewn about the slope near Warner's tent. Police said the tent did not follow Roseburg time, place, and manner guidelines.
Disposition: Warner was cited and released.
