Trespass
Shawn Dorne Holbrook, 60, and Adam John Mohlsick, 46, were cited after police said officers contacted them near the railroad tracks

Details: Officers responded after Christensen reported he was attacked and bitten by multiple unleashed dogs belonging to a transient male later identified as Kindel. Police said witnesses reported seeing two of Kindel’s dogs run after Christensen and bite him. Kindel acknowledged his dogs had not been on leashes and had bitten Christensen.
Disposition: Kindel was cited and released.
Trespass
Daniel Lee Wurner, 44, was cited after police said he was reported trespassing at WinCo

Details: Officers contacted Wurner after he was reported trespassing at WinCo. Police said Wurner had previously been trespassed and had attempted to steal $50.71 worth of merchandise. He had been detained by loss prevention employees before officers arrived and sustained a leg injury while attempting to escape.
Disposition: Wurner was transported to Mercy Medical Center for his injury and was cited and released.

Details: Police said Meinholz reported that she had been assaulted by Yazzolino a year prior and again a week prior. Officers interviewed Yazzolino and said they could not substantiate that an assault occurred a year prior. Police said Yazzolino showed officers footage of the more recent incident, and officers reported seeing Meinholz punch him in the side of the head and grab his neck.

Details: Officers developed probable cause to arrest Diaz after finding a broken front window at Umpqua Valley Arts Center. Police said a witness reported seeing Diaz yanking on the front doors and banging on glass windows. Officers contacted Diaz nearby and said he matched the witness description. Police said the witness also provided recorded footage, and Diaz admitted being around the center but denied breaking the window.

Details: Police said Ryan entered the mini market at American Fuel and demanded the cashier give him all the money in the register. Police said Ryan went behind the counter while continuing to demand money and pushed the employee while trying to get to the register. The employee pushed Ryan away from the register, and Ryan ran from the business. Officers located Ryan in the parking lot as they arrived.

Details: Officers responded to a reported DUII driver leaving the Winston area with an infant in the vehicle and heading to Roseburg. Police said officers spotted Sabota’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and failing to maintain its lane while entering SE Stephens Street from Highway 99. During the stop, officers later observed an infant lying on his back on the floorboard in the back of the vehicle. Police said Sabota performed poorly on field sobriety tests, refused to provide a breath sample at Corrections, and a warrant was granted for a blood draw. The infant was picked up by Child Protective Services.
Disposition: Sabota was booked and lodged at Corrections.
