Zane Anthony Stone Burgess-Parks, 29, was lodged after police said he spit on a person outside the Woolley Center

Details: Police said Burgess-Parks approached a juvenile student outside the Woolley Center and made inappropriate comments. Savage attempted to intervene, and police said Burgess-Parks spit on her twice. He was contacted a short time later and taken into custody without incident.
