Details: Police said officers were driving northbound on SE Stephens Street when they saw a black BMW make an unsignaled lane change into the left lane. Officers stopped the vehicle and contacted Suarez-Mendez. Police said officers observed signs of impairment during the contact. Suarez-Mendez consented to field sobriety tests and performed poorly, according to police. He was arrested and transported to Corrections, where police said he provided a breath sample over the legal limit.
