Details: Officers contacted Gouthro after an employee reported seeing him drinking beer on the property. Police said Gouthro was drinking a Hurricane Beer and was visibly intoxicated. While officers were issuing a citation for drinking in public, police said he threw an empty beer can into the parking lot. Officers also learned he had previously been trespassed from the location.

Disposition: Gouthro was arrested and lodged at Corrections.

Details: Police said Ebert was contacted on the beach at his camp. Camping is not allowed at that location. Police said an off-leash dog aggressively approached an officer, then retreated when the officer arc tested a Taser.

Details: Police said Vialpando and Willems were involved in a disturbance on May 13. Police said Vialpando broke Willems' television and threw her toward her bed during the disturbance. He reportedly left before officers arrived and was not located that night. Officers detained Vialpando on May 19 and questioned him. Police said he admitted to pushing the television but denied anything physical occurred. Police said video footage showed Vialpando putting hands on Willems during the disturbance.

Details: Collins was contacted near the intersection of Rowe Street and Winchester Street because police said she had two unworked Roseburg Police Department warrants. Police said Collins initially fled from officers and hid inside a tent at The Point, where she was contacted and taken into custody on the warrants. During the contact, police said Collins displayed signs consistent with methamphetamine use. Officers contacted her parole officer, who requested Collins also be detained for a parole violation for failure to report.

Details: Police said Mosher was driving eastbound on Harvard when he drifted off the road, hit the sidewalk and struck a power pole. Police said Mosher admitted he was Door Dashing and not paying attention to the road. Police said he did not have insurance. The power pole was damaged, and Roseburg Public Works was advised of the damage.

Disposition: Mosher was cited. His vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. No injuries were reported.
