Details: Officers were alerted to a stolen vehicle around W Harvard Avenue. Police said officers checked the Walmart area and located the vehicle. Dahl was contacted as the sole occupant of the vehicle and complied during the arrest process. The owner was notified of the recovery and that the vehicle was towed by Bill's Towing.
