Nathan Earl Johnston, 52, and Crystal Angelica Olvera, 37, were cited after officers reported finding them camping inside a dugout at the T-ball fields at Gaddis Park

William Oliver Saxton, 38, was lodged after officers reported he was seen on video entering a vehicle, stealing items and using stolen credit cards at multiple Roseburg businesses

Details: Officers contacted Saxton regarding a past case from 02/22/26. Saxton was seen on video entering a vehicle, stealing items, and later using multiple stolen credit cards across Roseburg. Officers viewed video footage from four businesses which showed Saxton using the cards to purchase items. Saxton was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections.
Disposition: Saxton was lodged at Corrections.
Assault

Antonio Santino Orosz, 27, and Crista Jean Davis, 42, were lodged after officers reported a disturbance near Adapt and learned Orosz shoved Davis into a fence pole

Details: A disturbance was reported near Adapt on NE Winchester Street, with a male allegedly possessing a firearm. Orosz and Davis were found nearby, however, no firearm was located. Officers learned Orosz assaulted Davis by shoving her into a fence pole. Davis had an active warrant for her arrest from Coos Bay PD.
Disposition: Both were lodged at Corrections.

Brian Andrew Hamshar, 48, was lodged after officers reported he fled twice on a bicycle, was stopped with a Taser and was found to have four active warrants and methamphetamine

Details: On 3/16/2026, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Hamshar after he committed a violation on a bicycle. Hamshar fled from the scene and officers could not contact him. On 3/25/2026, officers attempted to stop Hamshar again for various warrants and he again fled on a bicycle. An officer deployed their Taser and was able to stop Hamshar while he was still fleeing on his bike. Hamshar was found to have four active warrants, and a small amount of methamphetamine was found in his possession. He was transported to the Douglas County Jail.
Disposition: Lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
Trespass

Mark Anthony Pomatto, 68, was cited after officers reported he broke a window to get into Hummel Apartments and used an item taken from a nearby truck bed

Details: Officers contacted Pomatto inside of the Hummel Apartments after he broke a window to gain access to the building. Officers learned Pomatto removed an item from a nearby truck bed and used it to break the window. Pomatto was cited and released at Mercy Medical Center due to health issues. He was also issued his first city exclusion.
Disposition: Cited and released.
