Trespass
Thomas Cash Langrum, 42, was lodged after police said he was contacted on the railway tracks near Deer Creek Park

Details: Officers were made aware of a male trespassing on the railway tracks between Waldrons and Deer Creek Park through a camera at the Police Department. Officers contacted Langrum on the train tracks and said he matched the description.

Stacy Keith Hemphill, 36, was lodged after police said he threatened to murder an employee at Subway

Details: Officers contacted Hemphill regarding a report of a transient male threatening to murder an employee who had asked him to leave the property. Police said Hemphill was arrested for criminal trespass II and menacing and was detained without incident.

Jacob Daniel Bogan, 34, was lodged after police said he admitted to multiple thefts from Bi-Mart while already incarcerated

Details: Officers contacted a Bi-Mart loss prevention employee regarding the theft of multiple items on May 30 and May 31. Police said Bogan was the same person arrested for a different theft case at Bi-Mart on June 1. Officers interviewed Bogan at Douglas County Corrections, where he was already incarcerated, and police said he admitted to the thefts and to selling two stolen chainsaws for $100 each.
Disposition: Bogan was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.

Charles Bryan Dyer, 48, was cited after police said he was contacted along the river at Templin Beach Park while smoking methamphetamine

Details: Officers responded for a report of a male trespassing on the property and yelling for approximately four hours. Police said officers contacted Wilson, told him he was trespassed from the location, and he became upset and threw his phone at an officer's patrol vehicle. Police said Wilson ran from officers after being told he was under arrest. Officers gave several warnings before Wilson was tased and taken into custody without further incident.
Disposition: Wilson was transported to Douglas County Corrections, where police said he could not be lodged due to medical complications. He was cited and released from DCC.
Theft
Willie Lee Anderson, 48, was cited after police said camera footage showed he had not paid for a backpack at Bi-Mart

Details: Officers responded for a theft report. Police said Anderson had taken the tag off a backpack while shopping inside Bi-Mart. When staff confronted him at checkout, Anderson said he had already paid for the backpack. Police said camera footage showed he had not paid for it.
Disposition: Anderson was cited and released.
Warrant / Trespass
Daniel Lee Wurner, 44, was lodged after police said he returned to Walmart after being trespassed and had a California warrant

Details: Officers responded for a report of a male trespassing in the Walmart parking lot. Police said Walmart security reported Wurner had been trespassed multiple times in the past and had returned. Police said Wurner acknowledged knowing he was trespassed. Officers checked Wurner through dispatch and learned he had a Failure to Appear warrant out of Nevada City, California, Superior Court.
Disposition: The warrant was confirmed and Wurner was lodged at Corrections.
DUII
Anthony Eugene Parson, 43, was cited and released after police said a traffic stop led to a DUII investigation near Abby's Legendary Pizza

Police said officers noticed several signs of impairment and that his breath smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Details: Officers responded to the Comfort Inn after a vehicle crashed on the property and became high centered. Police said officers contacted Gonzalez standing outside the driver's seat. Gonzalez told officers he was trying to park his truck and had not consumed any substances since parking the vehicle. Police said Gonzalez consented to standardized field sobriety tests and performed poorly.
Disposition: Gonzalez was lodged at Corrections. Police said his vehicle was picked up by his father.
Reckless Burning
Adam Candy Martinez, 52, was lodged after police said he admitted to starting a dumpster fire at Mini Pet Mart

Details: Police said Martinez started a dumpster on fire at Mini Pet Mart on May 26 and admitted to burning the dumpster. Police said officers could not initially reach Roseburg Disposal to confirm whether the company wanted to pursue criminal charges. On June 5, officers contacted Martinez at Corrections and Roseburg Disposal wanted to pursue charges.
Disposition: Martinez was lodged at Corrections.
