Reckless Driving
Jarod Whitlock, 24, was lodged after police said videos showed reckless motorcycle riding on public roads

Details: Officers received an anonymous report that Jarod Whitlock had been posting videos of himself riding his Green Kawasaki Ninja recklessly on TikTok. Officers were able to identify Jarod as the rider in six of his videos, which showed him doing stunts and riding at up to 152 mph on public roads. Jarod was taken into custody without incident.

Details: Officers responded to a traffic crash and learned both vehicles were traveling west on NW Stewart Parkway. Super was driving and stated she got into an argument with her boyfriend, who exited the vehicle prior to the crash. Super stated she was in the left lane and looked over her shoulder, then abruptly changed lanes into the right lane, colliding with Bass. Both vehicles were damaged and required a tow. Bass had an apparent head injury and was transported to Mercy by ambulance.
Disposition: Citation Issued. Both vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing

Roy Wilkerson, 64, was cited after police said he was contacted in a prohibited campsite

Details: Officers contacted Roy in a campsite that was in a prohibited area. Police said Roy also had a large camp that was outside the restrictions for the manner portion of the city ordinance. Roy was in possession of several prohibited weapons, including a machete, axe and other tools. Police said Roy had three prior convictions for prohibited camping.

Details: Officers responded to a residence for a reported burglary in progress. The homeowner heard a noise and found an unknown female, identified by police as Rose, inside his residence. He detained her until police arrived. During the investigation, police said it was determined Rose also damaged property while unlawfully being on the victim’s property.

Douglas Servos, 67, was lodged after police said a warrant was confirmed during a camping contact

Details: Officers contacted Servos because his camp was in violation of the time, place and manner portion of the city ordinance. Officers checked Servos for wants and warrants through dispatch and were advised of the warrant, which dispatch confirmed. Police said Servos had two prior convictions for prohibited camping, with the last one occurring on 1-26-26. Officers took Servos into custody without incident.
