Details: Officers responded to Roseburg Mobile Home Park space A-22 after a report that Knox was attempting to enter the trailer. Officers learned Knox was the respondent in a restraining order with Ellis, who was listed as the resident inside the trailer. Dispatch confirmed the active restraining order and advised Knox was prohibited from being on the property. Knox was detained without incident.
