Their camp consisted of a large bedding pad covered in blankets and was surrounded by various personal items. Herrmann had two prior convictions for prohibited camping and Hebard had seven prior convictions. During the contact, Herrmann was also found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Jackson County Circuit Court. Herrmann was taken into custody without incident.
