Michael Rushing, 52, was lodged after police said he trespassed at Roseburg Shopping Center and resisted arrest

Details: Officers contacted Rushing at the listed location after the property manager reported him trespassing there. Rushing had previously been arrested at the same location for trespassing. While officers were detaining Rushing, police said he used physical force to resist arrest. He was ultimately detained without incident. Police said Rushing is on parole, and his parole officer was contacted and authorized a detainer for committing new crimes.

Details: Officers took a report of a male driving a white Toyota Corolla. Police said the male got another driver’s attention and exposed himself while masturbating in the vehicle while driving next to the other vehicle. Officers received another call the previous day involving the same vehicle. Officers located Jones in the vehicle, who police said admitted to both incidents. Jones was taken into custody. Officers said they learned Jones had numerous prior convictions for the same offense in two other states.
