Details: Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had crashed into Ace Hardware. After an investigation, officers determined Schilt had lost consciousness from a medical issue while traveling southbound on NE Stephens Street which resulted in his vehicle crashing into the business. The business was closed and no one was inside. Schilt was not injured and his vehicle was later towed from the location by Roseburg Towing. Officers also determined Schilt's license was suspended at the violation level, and he did not have valid insurance on his vehicle.
