Shaylie Gibbons, 39, was lodged after police said she was contacted during a disturbance call and found to have multiple warrants

Details: Kinman was contacted in his tent, which was set up in the bushes of the westbound Garden Valley northbound onramp. Police said there was a very large amount of trash surrounding Kinman's campsite. Kinman was found to have a warrant for his arrest during the contact and was taken into custody without incident.

City Ordinance Violation
Dennis Crawford, 57, and Bethani Brown, 36, were cited after police said they were contacted with an open alcohol container

Details: Officers contacted Brown and Crawford after they saw them with an open Hurricane container. The beverage was poured out, and they were both issued citations. Police said officers noticed drug paraphernalia on the ground near Crawford. Upon questioning, Crawford handed officers a small baggie of suspected methamphetamine. Crawford was issued a citation for the methamphetamine. Crawford was issued his second city exclusion warning, and Brown was issued her first.

Stacy Wilson, 53, and John Wilkinson, 60, were lodged after police responded to a reported physical altercation near the Yellow Flamingo

Details: Officers responded to the Yellow Flamingo due to a report of two males in a physical altercation. The males were contacted on the railroad tracks south of the location after Wilkinson fled in that direction. Officers learned Wilson had an active warrant for his arrest and detained him without incident. Wilkinson was identified as the aggressor and detained without incident. Wilkinson's parole officer additionally wanted him detained for committing a crime.

Details: Officers responded to the Navigation Center after staff reported Janie Lafleur-Smeth was having hallucinations and fighting imaginary people. Police said Janie's P.O. requested she be detained for violating her parole.

Details: Gunter was contacted regarding an open investigation and found to have failed to report an address change as required by sex offender status. Police said Gunter admitted to living at a new address and failing to update as required.

Harassment
Kaitlin Hogg, 26, was lodged after police responded to a disturbance on West Ballf Street

Details: Officers responded to a disturbance and contacted Hogg. Hogg stated that Sorenson rolled her arm up in the car window and drove off with her hanging from the car. Hogg stated she was only reaching into the vehicle to get the keys out of the ignition. Sorenson called in after the disturbance and stated that he and Hogg got into an argument after she cut up his clothes and told him to leave. As he was leaving, Hogg stood in front of his car and told him he could not leave. Police said Hogg then reached into the car window, scratching Sorenson in the face and neck. He said he was trying to get away from her and attempted to push her arm out of the window so he could leave. At some point the vehicle moved forward, crashing into a fence. Based on the accounts of the individuals, Hogg was taken into custody.

James Strader, 55, was lodged after police said he refused to leave the roadway near Stewart Park Drive and NW Veterans Way

Details: Officers responded to a report of a male who was standing in the roadway near the listed location refusing to allow a vehicle to leave. Officers arrived and contacted Strader, who police said was acting erratic and screaming nonsensically. Strader refused to get out of the roadway even after being warned multiple times. Police said Strader was found to have left a copious amount of trash and refuse on the shoulder of the roadway, within 100 yards of the Umpqua River. Strader was taken into custody without incident.

Crystal Lindermuth, 42, was cited after police said she was contacted camping in a prohibited zone at Gaddis Park
