Parole Violation / Theft
Jacob Daniel Bogan, 34, was lodged after police said officers contacted him about a past theft and learned he was wanted by his parole officer

Details: Officers contacted Bogan regarding a past theft and found he was wanted by his parole officer. Police said the parole officer was contacted and authorized a detainer. Bogan was also interviewed regarding a past theft from Bi-Mart in early May and admitted to the theft.
Disposition: Bogan was lodged at Corrections.
Disorderly Conduct
Nikki Shaun Chartier, 47, was lodged after police said multiple neighbors reported a disturbance and threats in the 2300 block of NW Veronica Court

Details: Officers contacted Chartier after multiple neighbors reported he was causing a disturbance and making threats. Police said residents from nearly two blocks away also reported hearing the disturbance.
Disposition: Chartier was lodged at Corrections.
Driving While Suspended / Parole Violation
Ashley Paige Edwards, 34, was lodged and Kimberly Ann Fairbanks, 63, was cited after police said officers conducted a traffic stop on NE Stephens Street

Details: Officers contacted Fairbanks driving and Edwards in the passenger seat following a traffic stop. Police said they learned Fairbanks was suspended at the misdemeanor level. Police also said officers knew Edwards was wanted by her parole officer, who authorized a detainer. Edwards was taken into custody.
Disposition: Edwards was lodged at Corrections and Fairbanks was cited and released on scene.
