Aggravated Harassment

Zachary Sullivan, 34, was lodged after police said he threw trash into a roadway and later spit water on an officer

Details: Officers responded after receiving reports that Sullivan was outside his residence throwing trash into the roadway and yelling at customers of a nearby business. Police said officers found a large amount of trash in the roadway and on the sidewalk, and Sullivan admitted throwing it there. Sullivan was taken to Mercy Medical Center for jail clearance. While there, police said he spit water provided by hospital staff onto an officer. He was medically cleared and transported to Corrections.

Thomas Bair, 37, was lodged after police said he pushed a man who told him to leave Garden Valley Shopping Center
