Details: Officers responded to the Stewart Park pavilion following a report of a disturbance involving a male who had brandished a knife. The investigation determined Graham approached Chappel and Hayter, who were sitting at a park bench, and began arguing with them. During the confrontation, Graham pulled out a knife, opened the blade and pointed it toward the individuals, causing them to fear they would be stabbed. Graham was found to be in possession of several knives and was taken into custody without incident.
