Details: Officers responded to the listed location for a reported disturbance between Ashley and her neighbor, Kaysie. After an investigation, officers learned Ashley and Kaysie had been arguing with each other from their respective sides of a shared fence. Kaysie subsequently grabbed a garden hose and sprayed Ashley with it. Ashley's husband, Shayne, had power tools and equipment in a shed where Ashley was standing when the incident occurred, and his property got soaked with water. Kaysie was contacted and admitted to spraying Ashley with the hose.

Details: Officers responded to the listed location for a reported disturbance. After an investigation, officers learned James Gow had confronted Michael Lanham Jr., who had been wearing a clown mask and holding a sign while standing on a lane dividing median near James' residence. During the confrontation, James ripped Michael's clown mask off his face, which caused his hat and sunglasses to fall off and get damaged on the roadway. James admitted to pulling Michael's clown mask off, but stated Michael had been the aggressor in the situation. Several witnesses corroborated Michael's account of James being the aggressor.

After an investigation, officers determined Langley had conspired with another person to have the windows broken out. Langley admitted to coordinating to have the widows broken out and he was taken into custody without incident.

Details: Officers located a camp at 200 SE Pine St. that was in violation of the place, and manner portion of the Roseburg city ordinance for prohibited camping. The camp had a spatial footprint of approximately 20 feet by 10 feet and was situated between the Umpqua River bike path and the South Umpqua River. Officers learned the owner of the camp, James, had nine prior convictions for prohibited camping, the most recent on 7/23/2026. She was placed in custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections.
