Details: Officers responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash near Southeast Washington Avenue and Southeast Spruce Street. Police said Collins was driving the Ford F-450 westbound in the left lane while Haines was driving the Honda Accord westbound in the right lane. According to the report, Haines attempted to make a sudden left turn onto Southeast Spruce Street and collided with the Ford.
Disposition: Haines was cited for making an unlawful or unsafe lane change. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Details: Officers responded to the Salvation Army regarding a reported theft and later located Ellington. Police said Ellington claimed he was overdosing on fentanyl while being transported to corrections, so officers took him to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation. At the hospital, police alleged Ellington kicked at staff, kicked a security guard and attempted to push past officers while handcuffed. He was medically cleared and taken to corrections.
