Details: Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male trying to steal items from Dirt Cheap Thrift Store. Police said Zapata Sandoval appeared intoxicated, admitted to driving to the location, and performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests. He was taken into custody and later requested an attorney at the jail; a search warrant was obtained for his blood.
