Details: Nilson was driving north on SE Stephens St. and ran the red light while, causing a collision in the intersection. Dana was driving east on SE Oak St. and struck the side of the Malibu. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were able to drive off the road.

Details: Officers spotted Mohlsick at Walmart and knew he had a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was from the Douglas County Circuit Court for Failure to Appear.

Elijah Gale Gomez, 18, arrested on Criminal Mischief I after police reported vehicle damage during an argument

Details: Officers responded to the location after Elijah and Joseph had got into an argument. Officer later found out that Elijah had kicked the door to Joseph's vehicle causing the window to shatter and leaving a sizable dent during the process. Officer found Elijah at a nearby business and was taken into custody without incident. Elijah was transported to Douglas County Corrections for the crime listed.

Details: Officers contacted Clay-Poor at the above listed address after she had been previously trespassed by the owner. Clay-Poor had a camp set up at the location with various amounts of trash and rubbish scattered throughout. Clay-Poor was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections where she was booked and lodged. Clay-Poor's belongings were retrieved by a friend per her request.

Details: An officer stopped Harris after observing multiple traffic violations. The officer observed signs of impairment and Harris consented to SFSTs. She performed poorly and was arrested. Her vehicle was picked up by a friend and Harris was cited and released from Corrections.

Details: Officers contacted Caleb Anderson and Trinity Coulombe at Safeway and learned both had warrants for their arrest. Trinity and Caleb were detained without issue and the warrants were confirmed. Trinity was in possession of methamphetamine and attempted to provide false information to conceal her identity from officers.

Details: Officers contacted Rushing knowing he was wanted by his parole officer for failing to report. A parole officer was contacted, and an after-hours detainer was authorized for Michael's arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections, where he was lodged. While at Corrections, deputies discovered a baggie containing .23 grams of methamphetamine in Rushing's clothing.

Details: Officers contacted Shorey at the listed address. Based on the officer's investigation, Shorey was found to have stolen $208.94 worth of merchandise from the business which he admitted to. Details: Officers responded to a reported crash. Officers learned the crash was caused by V1 racing V3. V1 approached V2 quickly from behind and collided with V2 as V2 was turning. V1 sustained a dent and a scratch to the driver's side of the vehicle, as well as damage to the wheels. V2 did not sustain visible damage. V2 was drivable, and V1 was towed away by Rosburg towing.
Disposition: D1 and D3 were cited and information was exchanged.
Prohibited Camping

Details: Officers contacted Christian Meyer, who was sleeping in a tent, at Micelli Park. Christian had items strewn about the ground and a tent pitched within a prohibited area. This was his third Prohibited Camping conviction.

Trespass
Adrian Elizabeth Leffler, 43, arrested on multiple charges after police responded to reported disturbance at WinCo parking lot

Details: Officers responded to the parking lot of WinCo after an employee reported Leffler had been standing outside of his parked vehicle while he was inside of it and was banging on the vehicle's windows and screaming, preventing him from going to work. Officers arrived on scene and contacted Leffler while she was sitting on the sidewalk outside of the business. The store's assistant manager requested Leffler leave the property, which she refused to do. While Leffler was on the store's property she defecated and vomited on the ground next to where she was sitting. When officers were speaking to Leffler, she scooped up handfuls of her own vomit off the ground and began smearing the vomit all over herself. Once officers attempted to detain Leffler for trespassing, she grabbed a handful of her vomit off the ground and threw it onto officers. As officers were detaining Leffler, she actively fought with them, using physical force to prevent being taken into custody. Leffler was ultimately detained and transported to Douglas County Corrections, where she was lodged.
Disposition: Leffler was lodged at Corrections.

Details: Officers contacted Grae Murray during a traffic stop Officers observed a 1989 Chevy S10, make an unsignaled left turn at the intersection of SE Mill St. and SE Mosher Ave. Officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver, Grae. Grae showed several signs of impairment and performed poorly during Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Grae was taken into custody and transported to the Douglas County Jail, where he refused to consent to providing a breath sample. A search warrant was applied for, granted, and served.
Disposition: Grae was lodged at the Douglas County Jail. His vehicle was legally parked.
