Christopher Scott Harrell, 46, arrested after officers reported a confirmed Roseburg Municipal warrant and he was taken into custody without incident

Details: Officers contacted Harrell at the listed location, knowing he had the aforementioned warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and Harrell was taken into custody without incident. Harrell was transported to Douglas County Corrections.

Camping
Christian David Meyer, 57, cited after officers reported he was sleeping in a tent at Micelli Park where camping is never allowed

Details: Meyer was contacted sleeping in his tent along the riverbank at Micelli Park. Camping is never allowed at Micelli Park.
Disposition: Meyer had two prior convictions for Prohibited Camping but was cited and released on scene due to medical issues.

Details: Officers contacted Christopher who was sitting with Laura. Officers were aware Christopher is on Post Prison Supervision and one of his stipulations is no contact with Laura. Christopher's Parole Officer was contacted and a detainer was issued. Christopher was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections.
Disposition: Christopher was lodged at Corrections.
Camping
Douglas Leon Servos, 66, cited after officers reported a camp set up in Templin Beach Park where camping is never allowed

Details: Servos was contacted at this camp, which was set up in a gulley between SE Arizona and the South Umpqua River. Camping is never allowed anywhere in Templin Beach Park.

David James Myers, 41, arrested after officers reported his probation officer authorized a detainer during a security check at Days Inn

Details: While conducting a security check at the location I contacted Myers who I believed was wanted by his PO. PO Renyer was contacted and authorized a detainer. Myers was taken into custody and transported to Corrections.

Thomas Edward Vanvlack, 39, arrested after officers reported multiple confirmed out-of-county warrants following contact at Safeway

Details: Officers contacted Thomas and he was found to have warrants for his arrest. The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody.

Stalking Order Violation
Laurence Clifford Johnson, 82, arrested after officers reported he was in visual contact with a protected party in violation of a stalking order

Details: Officers responded after a report that Johnson was violating a stalking order by coming into visual contact with Diestlow. Officers reviewed the stalking order which prohibited Johnson from coming into visual contact with Diestlow. When officers arrived, Diestlow was working on his vehicle and Johnson was also outside, sitting in front of his house, in visual contact with Diestlow.
Disposition: Johnson was lodged at Corrections.
DUII
Cannon David Mock, 34, cited after officers reported signs of impairment during a stop for expired registration tags and a breath sample of 0.12% BAC

Details: Cannon was pulled over for expired registration tags. During the traffic stop officers noticed signs of impairment. Cannon consented to SFST's and performed poorly. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections where he provided a breath sample of 0.12% BAC.
Disposition: Cannon was cited and released.
Non-Injury Traffic Crash
George Benjamin Sears Jr, 81, cited after officers reported a non-injury crash on NW Garden Valley Blvd involving an unsignaled turn

Details: Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash. D1 was stopped in the median lane facing westbound, attempting to turn left. D2 was stopped directly in front of D1, facing eastbound in the median lane, attempting to turn left. D1 then made the turn and collided with the front bumper of D2. D1 was towed by Roseburg Towing, and information was exchanged.
Disposition: George was cited and released.
Prohibited Burning
