Trespass
Richard Ray Jones, 34, cited after officers reported railroad employees found him sleeping near the rails with litter surrounding the campsite

Details: Jones was spotted sleeping near the rails by railroad employees. Jones was bedded down under blankets and a tarp. Jones' area was surrounded by food wrappers and empty beverage containers.
Disposition: Jones was escorted off the property where he was cited and released.
Camping
Michael David Robertson, 47, cited after officers reported he had a camp set up behind the Roseburg Library where camping is prohibited

Details: Robertson had his camp set up in the landscaped area just behind the Roseburg Library since yesterday. Camping is not allowed at any time around the library.

Lisa Marie Timmons, 47, arrested after officers reported multiple confirmed warrants after a complaint she was camping outside a mission

Details: Officers contacted Timmons regarding a complaint of her camping in an alcove outside the mission. Timmons was found to have several warrants for her arrest. The warrants were confirmed through records, and she was taken into custody.
Disposition: Timmons was lodged at Corrections.

Details: On January 21, 2026, officers located Thompson and attempted to detain him. Thomspon fled on foot. While trying to apprehend Thompson, Stevens interfered by getting in front of officer’s patrol car and making a 911 call reporting there was a male with a gun around Sherm's. Officer Batsch located their vehicle at the Days Inn. Officers knocked on the door and Patricia answered, before promptly closing the door again. Officers were aware Patricia also had a warrant for her arrest. A staff member unlocked the door and officers contacted Patricia and Thompson. Both were detained and the warrants were confirmed.
Disposition: Patricia and Michael were lodged at Corrections.

Ryan Christopher Cyphert, 41, arrested after officers reported confirmed circuit court and community corrections felony warrants

Details: Officers contacted Cyphert near the listed location and dispatch advised and confirmed the listed warrants. Cyphert was taken into custody without incident.

Michael David Ullman, 43, arrested after officers reported signs of impairment and a poor performance on field sobriety tests during a contact in a Garden Valley parking lot

Details: Officers contacted Ullman in the parking lot of 780 NW Garden Valley Boulevard knowing him to have a suspended license. Ullman also showed signs of impairment and consented to SFSTs. Ullman performed poorly and was arrested. He was transported to DCC. Ullman's vehicle was parked on scene, and he was lodged at DCC.
Disposition: Lodged at DCC.
DIP
Ramone Austin Nez, 27, cited after officers reported he was dancing next to an open Four Loko near Rifle Range Street

Details: Officers observed Nez dancing next to an open Four Loco. He admitted the beer was his and it was poured out. He returned with warrants out of Multnomah County for Criminal Trespass II. He was transported to DCC and began suffering from detoxification symptoms. He was ultimately transported to MMC via ambulance. Multnomah County elected the re-enter the warrants instead of issuing a new court date.
Disposition: Citation issued.

Jesse Lee Moore, 44, cited after officers reported he was stopped for improper display of registration stickers and found to be suspended at a misdemeanor level

Details: Jesse was pulled over for improper display of registration stickers. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Jesse's driving status was suspended at a misdemeanor level.

Michael Grant Valdez, 38, cited after officers reported he built a cardboard fire on a sidewalk and said he started it to keep warm

Details: Officers contacted Michael Valdez regarding a fire constructed of cardboard on the sidewalk. Michael claimed starting the fire to keep warm.

Adam Candy Martinez, 52, arrested after officers reported he had an active Eugene Police Department warrant and was taken into custody downtown

Laura Chavez-Bazan, 30, arrested after officers reported multiple confirmed warrants after they contacted her in the roadway while she was striking the ground with a metal pipe
