Dustin Victor Brooks, 46, arrested for alleged criminal trespass after being found inside Go Prime Mortgage on NW Stewart Parkway

Details: Brooks entered Go Prime Mortgage around 0400 after finding an open door. Staff located him inside and he said he went in to sleep because it was cold. Brooks was later found after leaving the area and admitted to going inside.

Nicholas Daniel Artherholt, 31, arrested on a parole violation warrant during camp cleanup contact on SE Pine Street

Travis David Winfrey, 46, cited after officers reported two large swords visible in a wagon while passing through the Umpqua Greenway

Details: Winfrey was contacted while pulling a wagon through the park. Officers reported two large “barbarian style” swords hanging out of the back of the wagon.

Criminal Trespass
Scarlet Samara Kelley, 31, arrested after officers reported she refused to leave railroad tracks and allegedly resisted being taken into custody

Details: Officers contacted Kelley walking on the railroad tracks. She was instructed to get off the tracks but refused, and officers reported she resisted being taken into custody.

Alan Daniel Hubschman, 34, arrested after officers reported he entered a vehicle at True Kitchen and stole cash and jewelry, with additional damage to the seat

Details: Police reported James left a parking lot attempting to turn eastbound onto NW Edenbower Blvd and failed to yield to Martin traveling westbound, resulting in a collision. Both vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing.
