Angela Renea Ballard, 83, injured in a three-vehicle crash near NW Mountainview Dr. and NW Dogwood St.; officers said she swerved to miss an animal and struck two parked vehicles

Officers reported St. Clair fled the scene but was followed by a witness, then detained. The log states St. Clair drove into oncoming lanes and struck the Nissan Frontier; both vehicles were inoperable and towed. Officers reported signs of impairment, poor SFST performance, and obtained a search warrant for a blood draw at Mercy Medical Center.
